Overview

See today's work and keep it moving.

Small Business Suite is the owner-approved working public identity. The software remains a public trial, not a final V1 release or purchase commitment.

Purpose

One practical operating workspace.

Bring customers, jobs, schedules, sales, invoices, inventory, purchasing, time, and fleet work into a coherent local application.

Data authority

Offline-first and locally owned.

Core workflows use local persistence, backup and recovery, protected exchange, permissions, and explicit audit boundaries.

Current state

Working Windows public trial.

Many workflows and the trial installer have direct evidence; pilot acceptance, final scope, signing, support policy, and legal review remain.

Naming boundary: Working identity pending attorney clearance. The public display name is separate from stable LocalBusiness technical identifiers.

Capabilities

Daily operations without enterprise clutter.

The project combines modular business workflows while preserving permissions, validation, recovery, and local data ownership beneath the interface.

Customer work

Contacts, leads, quotes, jobs, and scheduling.

Keep customer history, active work, ownership, timing, and next actions connected.

Money and stock

Catalog, inventory, invoices, payments, and purchasing.

Track operational records with validation and role-aware access in the local application.

Continuity

Backup, restore, recovery, reports, and exports.

Protect the operator's ability to inspect, move, and recover business information without relying on a hosted service.

Use cases

Designed around small-team work.

The product is modular: businesses can use the relevant workflows without treating every available module as mandatory.

Service teams

From customer request to completed job.

Coordinate quotes, work, appointments, time, parts, invoices, and payment status.

Counter and field work

Sales, inventory, purchasing, and dispatch.

Keep operational data local while supporting different staff responsibilities and permissions.

Owner oversight

Reports, audit, backup, and recovery.

Make important operating state inspectable without presenting the trial as finished production software.

Technology

A modular C# Windows application.

The public technology summary is based on the current application projects, not a generic software label.

V1 requires one coherent small-team workflow with dependable customer, job, schedule, invoice, permissions, recovery, and installation behavior.

Next gates

Pilot and final release acceptance.

Pilot refinements, final V1 scope, signing, legal review, support boundaries, independent testing, and owner approval remain.

Documentation

Operational evidence stays separate from marketing.

The website describes the public workflow and its boundaries without exposing private customer records, internal paths, or unsupported acceptance claims.
